Radhakrishna Bijjala

Armed with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Bijjala has more than 27 years of experience in the technology sector.

He founded Total eBiz Solutions (TeBS) in 2006 in Singapore with the vision of transforming businesses through technology innovation and has since led TeBS into a leading technology consulting and digital solutions company with global offices in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Australia, and UAE.

A technologist at heart, Bijjala constantly learns and applies the latest technologies to solve customer challenges. He is passionate about helping customers achieve more and strives constantly to expand the TeBS solution portfolio to bring customer-centric innovative solutions to effectively address the growing customer needs.

He is regarded as a distinguished thought leader in the area of Digital Transformation and before TeBS, he has worked with technology firms like HP, Infor, and Cognizant to name a few.

Bijjala is actively involved with non-profit social organizations in Singapore and India and supports social causes towards children’s education, poverty alleviation, and changing young people’s lives.

Amit Gupta

Amit leads the global sales & marketing, customer relationship and manages the partner ecosystem in TeBS. He is responsible for client acquisition, go-to-market strategies, defining service offerings & innovation, business growth, and client management globally.

As a Senior leader at TeBS, Amit is deeply involved in giving strategic direction to the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution.

In his career spanning over 25 years working with clients across USA, Europe and APAC regions, he has rich cross-industry expertise and has executed multiple technology-led enterprise projects to deliver profitability and drive large-scale digital transformation for clients. Before joining TeBS in 2015, Amit has worked with leading technology firms like IBM, HP, Infosys, and Hexaware technologies to name a few.

Sudha Goli

Sudha Goli has extensive industry experience with a career spanning over two and half decades in the Information Technology sector. She has been a core part of TeBS amazing growth story since its inception. She has held multiple portfolios at TeBS – from Sales, Recruitment, Quality, PMO, Finance to Human Resources.

She is now the Director of Operations overseeing Human Resources, Finance and Operations at TeBS and among the senior-most woman executives in the company. She is an avid supporter of career development and takes pride in nurturing junior employees grow into bigger & challenging roles. She not only supports TeBSians professionally but also supports in overall holistic wellbeing in their lives.

She has graduated with Master’s degree in Computer Applications.

Danny Tan

Danny is a seasoned strategic leader with over 30 years in the Information Technology and Services industry. As SVP & Head of Sales at Total eBiz Solutions, he drives revenue growth, fosters partnerships, and maintains strong relationships with CxOs. His previous roles include Regional Director at Hitachi Asia Ltd., Global Strategy and Planning Manager at Hewlett-Packard, and Project Lead at NCS Pte Ltd. He has a strong track record in driving Digital Transformation, Trusted Advisor for Data & AI , Global IT Strategy, Project Management, Consulting and Delivery. 

 During his career, he has successfully managed sales and delivery of various large scale ($10-100M) & mission critical projects for both Public and Corporate clients from various industries including Government, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Wholesale & Distribution, Healthcare and Utility. 

 He is an active IT community contributor in Singapore, frequently speaking and participating in conferences. Danny is passionate about harnessing technology to deliver significant value for both businesses and society.
